OG Esports has secured a place at The International 2026 after advancing through the Southeast Asian qualifiers. The organization will compete in Shanghai with its first all-Filipino lineup.
The squad earned its invitation by navigating the upper bracket of the regional qualification stage. A 3–1 victory over Grind Back confirmed the team’s placement at the 2026 championship.
The roster construction follows a relocation to Southeast Asia. This shift introduced a lineup composed entirely of Filipino players, aligning with the organization’s focus on regional talent development. MelBet operates as an official partner of the team during this competitive cycle.
Previous Tournament Appearances
OG previously captured The International titles in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first organization to win consecutive championships. The team has not participated in the event for four years prior to this qualification. Shanghai previously hosted the 2019 finals, where the organization secured its second Aegis of Champions.
